Post Force Pumpkin Smoothie

• 1 cup ice

• 12 oz of regular milk

• 1 cup pumpkin purée

• 1 banana

• 1 tablespoon of honey

• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

• 2 scoops Post Force vanilla protein (25g)

• Blend together and enjoy! (Garnish with a dash of cinnamon)
